This is an attractive pair of wove stationery moulds, one of only two pairs in the collection made by G Tovey (date unknown). One mould has each sheet divided into 4 square panels with smaller rectangular panels. The second mould is equally divided into rectangular stationery panels. I have not been able to find out who Frances K Cooper was.
